Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

Packaging

Each STRTD pillow is carefully packaged in a clear protective bag and boxed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Local Pickup (Optional – if you want this)

We also offer local pickup in Herriman, Utah. If you choose this option at checkout, we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand internationally soon.

Delays

While we do everything possible to ship promptly, please allow extra time during holidays, market events, or carrier delays.
